Child Protection & Welfare Bureau

Helpline 1121 was established in October 2015. This Helpline is exclusively for seeking information/ assistance and registering complaints regarding “Child Protection and Welfare Bureau (CP&WB) and Child Protection Institutions (CPIs)”. During the period under review, support/ assistance was rendered to 1352 callers through Helpline 1121. Most of the issues resolved were related to ‘lost/ missing and found children’. Maximum numbers of calls received were related to CP&WB, Lahore.
